[ benedict should know by now that kate is never one to halfass anything. especially a favor to a friend, who may or may not mean more to her than she's been willing to say thus far out of respect for that friendship... and yet here kate is, throwing a hickey in that friendship's face. is that still being respectful? hard to say at this point, lines are kind of blurring.
but she pays heed to the slight warning in his tone, whether it be fueled by discomfort or desperation she can't quite tell. she draws away after one long lick of the red-raw skin, leaning back into her seat to lick her lips clean.
