I got here just fine, [ comes kate's petulant protest, but it's clear her heart isn't really in fighting it when she does little to stop him from pocketing her keys. it probably has something to do with how distracted she gets watching him try and fail to stifle his blush, lips spreading into a smug little smile. it's pretty endearing he still gets so bashful over things, considering all that they've done.
